Welcome to the one and only Steam hangman! The rules are as follows:

1. After 8 incorrect guesses, the answer is revealed and the person who made the hangman goes again.
2. If answer is guessed before then, then the person who guessed it right gets a turn.
3. Hangman must be Steam related in some way.
4. Games on Greenlight are allowed, as long it is stated that they are Greenlight games.
5. People involved with Valve/Steam are allowed, but keep it reasonable. For example, Gabe Newell is allowed, but the person who owns the most games on Steam is not, unless he/she has been involved with Valve/Steam in some significant way.
6. Steam's features are fair game, but not more specific things. For example "Trading Cards" is allowed, but not specific names of trading cards.
7. Characters ARE allowed. If this path is chosen, it is suggested that a hint be given after a certain number of guesses. This is a judgment call and is not necessary, however.
8. Five letter minimum per hangman.
9. Have fun!

Well this is odd. I was just in the process of making this along with a few other threads.

zanderlex : Sorry about that. I didn't mean to steal your thread! Or did I...jk jk *awkwardness intensifies* I was just trying to figure out what kind of hangman to make this morning when this idea came to mind. It's still in its early stages, so if you have any suggestions for added/changed rules or ideas to pep it up, I'm totally willing to listen.

I think that all greenlight games should be allowed, but as long as the creator states that it is a greenlight game. Also, there will have to be a word minimum, instead of simply just saying one letter. The minimum should be 5. Lastly, this thread will need to keep at least 10 posts per week and it will be fine.
