Well, my mother installed this program on my laptop called "TimesUpKidz!" Or something. This means she can set a timer on my pc (it's 2 hours for me), and when it runs out, the pc automatically shuts down and I can't turn it back on until the next morning -.-. I also can't uninstall it because my mom is the new administrator on my computer . This means I have to balance Vizzed, YouTube, Facebook, Minecraft, Team Fortess 2, and other games within 2 hours!!! She says I need it because I'm on it too much, even though I'm starting to go outside more and go on my computer a lot less...I'm really trying to go on less, but I think this is a bit much. I think 3 hours would be a much more reasonable time, due to how I'm usually awake for about 18 hours.  At least I can always ride my bike 5 miles to the library and use the computer there...Anyway, this means that I'm not going to be on Vizzed as much per day anymore. I'll still try to go on as much as possible, though. So what do you guys think of this? Is this fair, or not?

That's sad. If it would be only games, that would be limited, it wouldn't be as bad. But that is sad that you won't be able to be on vizzed as long. Just give her time, and I'm sure she will loosen the timzupkidz thingy. Just find a good book to read, go outside, just do something, other than electronics, and it will help your situation!

Ah, that's sad to hear. Still, 2 hours is pretty long considered to what some parents allow. If you show that you won't be too much on the computer and that you do other things she might make the limit more than 2 hours. Or you could ask her for one more free hour, as you are probably not online as long every day. I hope this can help you with the TimesUpKidz which by the way is a really dopey name

You've been trying to be on the computer less, so I think it isn't fair. If you weren't, than it would be. I agree that 3 hours would be more reasonable. As juuldude said, TimesUpKidz! is quite a dopey name. Apparently, the creators intended to make the program mainly for younger kids If you stay off of the computer a lot, your mom will be impressed and if she uninstalls the dopey-named program, you should be on your computer less than you were before so she doesn't want to install it again.

I think that's very much unfair on her to do this to you. 1 you are not really on vizzed that much, and is balancing your life well. So she really shouldn't had done that....Its understandable that she is trying to help, but that's really the wrong way to do it....

Cradily is love : No offense, but that's an awful idea. If she found out that I took the measures to uninstall the program, she would totally freak!!! I bet she'd take my pc away.
