I like any kind of fruit, because I am constantly eating them. On a daily basis I'm eating apples, oranges, and bananas mostly. But like I said, I will eat any kind of fruit. If I had to pick one, I guess it would be bananas, simply because that's probably the fruit I eat the most often. I practically eat at least one a day. I know I did back when I was playing football in high school. Bananas lessen the chance of you getting a cramp during exercise or other activities.

On a side note, the fruit I eat the least are probably kiwis. I rarely eat kiwi fruit, but I have before and they're good as well.
