Hmmmm.. It doesn't allow .png which is all you can save something as in MSPaint without your picture becoming all pixelated.

I have PhotoShop, but MSPaint is just so much more simple.

If the pic type isn't supported by MSGIF I normally open the picture in IrfanView (A good free image viewer) and copy and paste into MSGIF.
Or it will work the same using paint, just select all (Ctrl+A) then copy and paste.
