My birthday was on the 22nd of July and I still have yet to receive any Viz. It states in the control panel:

"When it is your birthday you will receive a gift of 5000 Viz...you MUST be a member at least 1 month."

Well, I have been a member for over a year now. I have tried to contact the Staff members who deal with any Viz problems (including Davideo7) but no responses from anyone. This is getting tiresome and I have created this thread as a last resort to try and resolve this issue.
If anyone knows if this gift has been discontinued or something, then please let me know.

Did you log in on your birthday during Vizzed time (CST)?

The FAQ center is outdated; the birthday Viz info should have included that you must be online during your birthday in order to receive the birthday PM. So if you weren't online, then that's probably why you didn't get it.

You won't get Viz if your birthday is close to your account creation, like (account made 1/1/14 birthday 2/2/14) it will be very abusive if players did it. I believe you must wait until a year has pass on your account until you can get birthday Viz.

As regards to  the problem, i really don't know what is going on. It should have been a automated message and automatically transferred to your account when it is 12 am - 11:59 pm server time. Pokefreak219 : theres a problem with your theory because the Viz website reloads every time you afk (not including making a post) so that can't be the problem. it simply was a time error that he/she had no way of knowing our saver time.

I remember thinking 'Well I might as well log in cause it is my birthday' but I never received any Viz. Maybe it is a glitch with the time zone offset.
