It should be an automatic thing. Check your PMs. Do you have anything that says happy birthday or something like that?

Did you log in on your birthday during Vizzed time (CST)?

The FAQ center is outdated; the birthday Viz info should have included that you must be online during your birthday in order to receive the birthday PM. So if you weren't online, then that's probably why you didn't get it.

This happened to me last year too. I was a member for just over a month before my birthday came up but still no Viz.

You won't get Viz if your birthday is close to your account creation, like (account made 1/1/14 birthday 2/2/14) it will be very abusive if players did it. I believe you must wait until a year has pass on your account until you can get birthday Viz.

mastergame : He stated in his first post that he has been here over a year, hence he should get the Viz for his birthday. It should not matter on when his account was made or if it was near the time of his birthday. I would not find it abusive if this were to happen if he had no prior knowledge, so maybe for his first birthday, yes, but any afterwards shouldn't matter since he's been on over a year. I have the same kind of an account, but its in the opposite direction, it was made on the 12th of may and i was born on the 4th

As regards to  the problem, i really don't know what is going on. It should have been a automated message and automatically transferred to your account when it is 12 am - 11:59 pm server time. That is really all i can think of being the issue is if you were online between that time period. The only questions is how far your away from server time and if you were actually online in that time frame.

Pokefreak219 : theres a problem with your theory because the Viz website reloads every time you afk (not including making a post) so that can't be the problem. it simply was a time error that he/she had no way of knowing our saver time.

The reason why he didn't get Viz for his first birthday on the site was because he was still a newbie at the time. I checked his post, and his 10th post wasn't until after his birthday. He needed to be the user rank "Member" for a month in order to receive the birthday Viz. This is confirmed by geeogree.

The auto page refresh should only apply to game pages, not anywhere else on the site.

Mistress : Thats what i was trying to explain, that he wouldve gotten it this birthday, but not the when he first made his account since it was partly impossible. And i would've also explained the later (With auto page refresh) if i wasn't sandwich posting, so thank you for saying that.

KingJax : That's weird. Maybe it was just a glitch or something. You know that there's a glitch in the Private Message box right? It's when you receive a message but it's still saying '0', you know what I mean? Maybe perhaps you didn't came in Vizzed during your birthday or a glitch...

Mistress : To be honest, I do not know exactly what time it was when I logged on but I do know for a fact that it was sometime on the 22nd. I remember thinking 'Well I might as well log in cause it is my birthday' but I never received any Viz. Maybe it is a glitch with the time zone offset. I guess I should just set that back to its default just to avoid any future problems. I have tried messaging Davideo7 about this issue but he has not responded yet

Your ninth post was before your birthday, but your tenth post was after your birthday, and so, you did not receive any Viz.
When it was my birthday, I did receive Viz. I had 366 posts and 0 TPs before my birthday, so I wasn't a newbie back then. And so, I received Viz.
You just need 10 posts to become a Member though, but I'm sure you knew that.
(Cheezus Christ I have 489 posts.. I posted a lot in a month..)

TheJmsGamer : Yes, I know this but that was LAST year and I am talking about THIS year. I did not receive any Viz THIS year for my birthday. When I started this thread I already had 16 posts and I've been a member for over a year so that is not the problem. It is also kind of hard to believe this is automated. Isn't someone in charge of sending out Viz on birthdays?
