First things first, germaphobia is not a real thing. It is not an actual phobia. If you actually have a legitimate phobia of germs, it is called mysophobia. A germaphobe is someone that doesn't like being dirty.

Now that we have that out of the way...

Are you a germaphobe? I am. I hate being dirty. I am constantly washing my hands and trying to keep myself clean. The first thing that I do when I get home is wash my hands.

I'm pretty germaphobic. I'm just disgusted by unhygienic practices.

I take two short-ish showers, once in the morning, and once after working out. I'm also a frequent hand-washer.

It feels good to be clean, so I have no problem with with the time it takes to keep myself that way.

I used to be bad about that but I've taught myself not to care so much. I'd dry my skin out bad from constantly washing my hands, taking multiple showers. I get real dirty pretty often now-a-days though from work, I couldn't imagine being the way I was in my situation now.  Besides, it helps your immune system or something like that haha. The only real issues I have now are I cannot stand if my hair is dirty, it makes me feel so gross and I can't go to sleep dirty cause just ew, why would I do that? I don't want to make my sheets an stuff dirty, they smell nice.

I'm not a germophobe at all. That being said, I appreciate cleanliness and always want to be clean. I wouldn't say I am a germaphobe, but I do appreciate cleanliness and I do my absolute best to make sure that I have and practice proper hygiene on a daily basis. I shower every day and I wash my hands about as thoroughly as you can get. I dislike being dirty but, I wont panic and freak out if it should happen because germs, and being dirty are just a part of life that you can't necessarily eliminate.

I just came home from rolling in sand on the beach and eating berries with dirty hands, so nope, I'm definitely not a germaphobe. I do enjoy being clean and I shower daily, but I think that's only normal.

Yes, I'm a germaphobe. After hanging out with me at a house for a while in real life, it should be pretty obvious. The skin of my hands usually gets really dry because I wash my hands a lot. I typically don't want to eat a large amount of food if I haven't washed my hands very recently. I almost always freak out a lot inside if I'm around someone that's sick or I've touched something very dirty.

Yeah, I am, but mostly just concerning my room. Don't get me wrong, I like things to be clean and I'm a stickler for hygiene every day, but I will go out and work in the garden, go fishing and get all dirty and stuff like that. But as soon as I'm near a sink, I'm washing my hands like crazy. I just wont go in my room and touch my stuff, like comics, Xbox, collectibles, etc, until I've had a shower. I'm weird that way.

I am not a germaphobe I think besides having to clean my hands if I see germx anywhere(I do clean my hands even I don't see germx before anybody asks) besides that don't have a problem with other things usually.

I don't consider myself one at all but I do keep my room clean, brush my teeth twice a day, wash my hands after using the bathroom and shower twice a day. That's normal for me and it has nothing to do with " I must get clean ! Oh god I stink ! Ew, that doesn't look right " I'm nothing like that. xD

I'm not but my mother is, she's the most cleanest person I've ever known. She'll spend hours cleaning the apartment and she often cleans the spots she's already cleaned. For me,  I always shower daily, and make sure I'm in shipshape before going out there to greet the world.
