I used to have both games but I got rid of fire red and just kept leaf green. I've been thinking about getting fire red but I don't know if I should just keep leaf green or switch it for fire red, what do you guys think? help me make up my mind lol

I think it is purely up to you, I mean they are both practically the same except you can get certain pokemon that are exclusive to one version like electabuzz in fire red and magmar in leaf green for example. Other than that, there are just a few different pokemon in each, but everything else is the same...I would say its all depends on which pokemon you like, if you are happy with the ones in leaf green, then keep it, if you like the ones in fire red, maybe consider switching them. I hope this helps make your final decision a bit easier at least.

pokemaster87 : you are right. I was thinking of Emerald. I probably got it backwards because I just downloaded Leaf Green to my phone.

So I am going to change my answer to Fire Red since I got Leaf Green mixed up with Emerald, and I play Fire Red on my phone mostly.

I have to say Firered. Missing out on Pokémon like Sandslash and Azumarill stinks, but when you get Pokémon like Vileplume, Arcanine and Scizor, I'd say that Firered has better exclusive Pokémon.
