I havent although im massively into history.
I visited the ww1 trenches and the ww2 concentration camps.
Typically when I go on holiday im keen to see all the sites and museums.

I don't exactly know what one of these societies would be. Im not a member of one, but if I wanted to find one, what exactly would I be looking for? Of course I know they exist, but off the top of my head, I can't recall any actual names of some of these sociseties, though I would love to join one and I think that Arcehology is amazing, so I believe that it would be fun.

No, but my parents are in an archaeology group. They meet one thursday every month to discuss archaeological findings and to learn about where the items come from and to learn more about the people that created the items.

Apparently, the one here in New York is right at the Museum of natural History, so I know exactly where it is and I guess I might visit there someday. It's $18 but on Friday nights it;s pay what you wish so I might actually be able to go somewtime during the summer to see what it's like.

I was fascinated with Egyptian archeology when I was young and I still enjoy documentaries on the subject. Then I wanted to be a pilot. Then I wanted to be an actor. Being an actor is the only one I ever persued with any vigor. That eventually got sidetracked by years of bad decisions.
