juuldude : I met Lazlo Falconi and kimmieisapanda through Skype. Once upon a long while ago, a Skype group existed with several of the chat regulars that I had just gotten to know on Vizzed. One of them was KG, whose husband is Lazlo. So he joined us in some of our conversations. As for Kimmie, she was a friend of a friend and she joined our Skype group one day as well.

And why, thank you. I am afraid that is less true of me now; I have a tendency to pull back and talk with people I am more comfortable with these more exclusively days. I'm hoping that's a trend that I can change.

Can't say that I have. I haven't been in the chat room for a LONG time. When I did, it was never for long. Of the whole time I have been a member here, I have only a few hours of chat time accumulated. I just never really got into chat rooms. When I only want to talk to a specific or a few select people, I don't like reading all the other things everyone else is saying. Just makes it to where too much is going on.

Yes I have met a lot of my friends through chat. I probably wouldn't have made as many friends if I didn't have access to the chat in the past especially. Chat is one of the first places I had interaction with my fiancée and also vizzed members that I consider family members.
