At first I thought you meant let's talk bad, in the form of swearing or being inappropriate lol. But anyways my favorite evil organization or " Team" from the Pokemon games would have to Team Magma. I choose team Magma because they were one of the first organizations  to actually capture a legendary Pokemon and use it for evil purposes. Every team before them (minus Team Aqua) hadn't done this yet and were basically less of a threat.

In general, I like every team (even team flare), but my favorite would be team snagem, from Pokémon coloseum and XD, but if where talking main series, it would be team a cross between magma and plasma, especially in B2W2.

The team rocket have the most appearance in pokemon anime because they wanted to steal pikachu from ash eversince and they always fail to their plan and the team rocket is the main antagonist from the series because james, jessie and meowth did in the series. The other team is only for one regions while team rocket always appear in every region where ash is travelling.

I'm going to go ahead and say Cipher. Yes, Pokémon XD is a spin off but that doesn't change the fact that they are the only team I've ever seen be smart. I mean, Team Aqua tells you where their hideout is, for heavens sake! With Cipher, they're almost always a step ahead and if you weren't around, the region, nay, the WORLD would be doomed. Even then, you need help just to catch up and clean their mess. Pretty darn impressive if you ask me.

My favorite is team rocket not because of Jessie or  James but I did like Meowth my favorite ones is Butch and Cassidy because I think they are the smarts member of team rocket and if they had more episodes with them Ash would be in trouble. The first time they went up against Ash they were the hardest members to beat they came close to winning and they would have won if it wasn't for team rocket's Jessie and James.

Although I couldn't really care for the Team Plasma in the anime or B2W2, I absolutely loved Team Plasma from Black and White. They are the entire reason the story in Black and White was so amazing. I like their design, their intentions, the twist reveal with Ghetsis, and of course N's kind hearted personality. Speaking of which, N is my favorite Pokemon character of all time, because he is such an amazing character, let alone the best villain/anti-hero. Plus, the final battle (not counting the one with Mr. Moment Ruiner) is one of the most climatic in any video game to date
