Wow that was awesome! One of my favorite video game characters from one of my favorite video games makes an appearance in a new game and looks awesome in the new game! I am DEFINITELY getting this when it comes out in Q1 of 2010, I'm not even gonna rent it, I'm just buying it!

I love Mario Kart type racing games and this looks to be just as good with a potential of being even better. I also noticed they used Shenmue music for the trailer, nice touch

I don't know what it is about fall time but this is always the time of year I feel like playing Shenmue and now after seeing that, I may just rip out my Dreamcast (thank god I got the HD VGA box for it ).

Heh... but Sega's too busy trying to get Sonic back on his feet, and while a SSB-type game made by them might include Sonic, it wouldn't be their main focus. Plus, do you really think Nintendo's going to let Sega make that and put it on their system? I only have a Wii, so if they were going to do something like that, the platform they'd make it for would be of huge concern to me.

I don't think Nintendo would have a problem with SEGA releasing a game like that for the Wii. There's a game called Jump Ultimate Stars for the DS which is a LOT like Super Smash Bros brawl (was only released in Japan but there is an english pathced rom out there).

Also, seeing how there's a few games that contain both Sonic and Mario, I see no problem with adding more Sega characters to the next Super Smash Bros game.
