I agree on that. Frieza is my favorite DBZ villain as well. His design is epic, his personal and aggressive character is great for a villain, his role in the series is awesome - He's a terrorizing prince who killed the Saiyans, so Goku, now knowing that he's a Saiyan gets revenge on Frieza, while helping the Namekians and humans. He also took revenge for the murder of his childhood friend Krillin, that Frieza, as cruel as he is, had killed. That's a well-conceived story for Frieza. And what I like about his design is especially the last form and that he can fight with his tail and has only two (or three) toes on each foot.

My 2nd favorite villain may be Bills from the movie Battle of Gods, because he looks like an egyptian siam cat and behaves partly like one and some more reasons.

Ryroe : Yeah you're right Bills is also great. Cell is my second favorite tough.

My favorite Dragon Ball Z villain is Lord Bills because he's so funny and un-serious unlike all the other villain's they were all serious and wanted to destroy the world because they were pure-evil but lord bills wanted to destroy the world because Majin Buu ate all the pudding at bulma's birthday party lol

My favorite Dragon ball Z villain would ether have to be Majin Buu or Cell.

Cell. Just everything about him I love. His design, his voice, how he talks, his personality. Everything about him is just fantastic. His ark was the best one yet. Even how he was killed was completely amazing! Plus, his ability to suck up the power and skills of his opponent, or even their health and ki to become stronger is just downright awesome!

imamonster : Well it's Freiza. His battle was very epic against SSJ Goku on the dying planet Namek. Cell is a close one too but Freiza's voice sucks!

Mines would have to be cell because he is very cowardly(absorption 17) but when he turns into perfect hes not afraid to show it off also because if you haven't watched the end of the cell saga yet you should stop reading OK but if I get angry complains about not seeing that part yet but here it goes the Kamehameha duel with ssj2 Gohan (Injured) against Super Perfect Cell.

My favorite villain in dbz is vegeta but he acted like a coward when fighting broly and every one else was.

I really like Majin Buu. He is just so pink. Pink has never looked so evil. 

Majin Buu is definitely my favorite character, favorite villain, and he's pink, cute, etc...
He is actually not evil, he just thought killing peoples was good, but after Hercule Satan told Majin Buu that it's bad to kill peoples, 'Me no kill no more.' And that's the end of the evil Buu, and a great start of a nice, fun Majin Buu, the best friend of Hercule Satan. :3

thing1 : I like cell and king piccolo(from dragon ball ) I like how cell's personality changes with each form and I like how king piccolo is in disbelief for most of the fight but he is still cocky. I also like how piccolo was linked with kame so they could not kill him.It was also cool how roshi had history with him.With cell I liked how he needed something to transform he could not do it at will. But I also like how he forced enemies to become allies.  I also liked how he had a lot of the moves from the z fighters.  

Zwarrior7 : If It aint canon, kill it. Nah just kidding, Vegeta is not really a villain, But I can see where you are coming from, Vegeta is my favourite character in the whole series, So that's a thing.

thing1 : There are lots of majin buu forms, But I assume you mean super buu, Or fat buu. Yeah buu is awesome too.

Kid buu. Insane, violent, surprising powerful, nigh impossible to kill and purely evil.
