Am I the first here to bring possible proof that mega sharpedo and camerupt are likely to appear?

In their official artwork:


Archie and Maxie can be seen covering their glasses/charm thing with their hands.

In the gameplay footage:


Both of these area's are shown. Both area's reveal what looks a lot like a keystone, needed for mega evolution.

So, mega sharpedo and camerupt somewhat hinted at?

I always enjoyed playing Pokémon sapphire and emerald so much it was one of my favorite Pokémon versions next to Pokémon silver and crystal. So the remake looks like its going to be very epic so I might get it for my sister for Christmas since she's a major Pokémon fan.

tbh, i wasn't AS excited as some others were for the game since i never played generation 3. but i am getting alpha sapphire if for no other reason than it being blue (my favorite color)

I am very indeed looking forward to seeing Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire being released on November 21st, in fact if there is any special going on with pre-orders at GameStop, I am definitely pre-ordering it.

Especially since that I have skipped Generation III (as well as IV and V), I just really like to see what Hoenn has regarding the setting and see what kind of region it is compared to Kanto, Johto, and Kalos (I ain't seen Sinnoh and Unova yet since I've skipped them).

I have got onto Yahoo and seen (a link to Gamespot) on where you can be able to play a demo on Alpha Sapphire / Omega Ruby on October 21st, 2014.
But the only thing is that this isn't available to play for free in the Nintendo eShop. What you have to do, you have to join on the official Pokemon website (Pokemon.com) and accept to get emails from the site for the code to play the demo. Although Nintendo said that they might find another way so you don't have to do all of that.

I like that steelix got a mega because its special defense was pitiful before, but with the mega evolution, it will be able to take a special hit better than before. Out of all the new megas, I like the design mega steelix has the best. As for mega glalie, I never would've expected it, but it will probably make a decent mega since its stats are pretty well distributed. It is one of the very few pokemon that gets the ability refrigerate and it will be able to take advantage of a powerful stab explosion. I never would've expected that pidgeot and beedrill would get a mega, but I don't really see either one of them getting past RU...

I'm kinda hoping they don't reveal too much more. I've spoiled myself enough with seeing the CoroCoro scans and gamed trailers. I really want this to be a fresh experience for me.

I feel like mega beedrill and mega pidgeot probably wont go past UU in my opinion. Both of them have either good attack or special attack, but they are frail hp and defense wise, and they probably won't be able to take an effective hit all that well. I could probably see steelix being in borderline or OU if people find a way to use it a lot. I feel that it should be able to live a special attack and then hit hard with earthquake. As for glalie, it will probably the most effective explosion user because it gets stab and refrigerate, so it will definitely wreck some things.

I have played the Demo version of the game, and I do have to say, this is by far, the best Pokemon game I have played at this point, a whole lot more than X/Y offers. I'm not going to post a review on this game yet (that's going to wait till January), but I'm mostly going to say my thoughts.

I think after playing that demo of the game, this game sure have a whole lot, although the graphics are nearly the same as X/Y, but the sound/music is a huge upgrade, and the gameplay is also a huge improvement as well, but like I said, I'll post a lot more of this in a review on Alpha Sapphire / Omega Ruby later in January.

Hoenn just looks so amazing in 3D.

We're getting so close to the release date! I'm so excited! Pokemon ruby was one of my very first Pokemon games, and one of the first I ever got farther than Gym 3 on...  I'll be honest never been good at Pokemon and I'm just now learning about competitive play and strategic battling.
Granted, the first time I ever played Ruby I was 6 years old... So it was just "Attack with only my starter until it's Level 50"... And that's how I got a level 50 Swampert! XD
