So, I've been sucked into the hype that WatchDogs is generating.  I don't usually buy games brand new, but I had a gift voucher to use, so I splurged out and pre-order the game.

It was only after I made the purchase that I decided to check if my PC meets the minimum specs for the game.  And, no, no, NOOooooo!

So this would have to be the most expensive game I've ever paid full price for, because I'm also upgrading my video card to play it.  At least it's an investment for the future, so to speak, but yeah...a couple of questions.

Do you usually pay full price for games?

Are you excited for the release of WatchDogs?

Ever had a moment when you've had to specifically purchase something extra so you could use another purchased item?

Watchdogs is something I'm definitely going to get on console. You would need a top of the line computer to play it. What would you expect with a game as large and good looking as this. I too am really excited for this game. I have been following this from near the beginning. I've saved up some money but I've got other things I actually need to buy right now so it may be a long while before I can ever actually get my hands on the game. Any case I'm really excited for the release of this game.

I never usually pay full price for games if they're on PC. I usually just wait till steam goes on sale and get a twice as much games. However if it's on console then I usually pay full price. However it's full price for the used copy. I almost never buy a new copy unless I really like the game.

I've never had to purchase anything extra in order to use an item. Most games I buy I check the requirements to see if I can run it at a decent frame rate.

I will admit, Watchdogs does look like it will be pretty interesting. However, I will probably just pass on this game. I have enough open world games to last me a long time, and I do not need another one.

 to take this one step further, I also had to upgrade my power supply. My existing p.s. Didn't have enough cables to power it. So an extra $400 this game has cost me. :!
