Superman would destroy Goku. Since I'm pretty sure Goku has no clue what kryptonite is, Superman can wail on him till he dies, since he can only die if kryptonite is is involved.

This is a really hard question...Well I think based on speed alone...Goku would slaughter superman easily. Well, deciding without applying too much logic wouldn't make too much sense, so let's use logic. Let's put it this way:
Goku- Not exactly the smartest, strong and has lots of martial arts experience.
Superman- Really smart, had super strength and could think of a plan to ensure victory.
Goku- Can do KaMeHaMeHa, and a range of other moves.
Superman- Laser vision, and other things.
Goku- could destroy one planet in one blast.
