He is overrated. I mean, I like him, but I like other Pokémon better and honestly, he gets all the attention. I don't really look into this stuff, but he is overrated. Just my opinion, I don't think he's THAT overrated, but he is still overrated.

Well, I don't think any pokemon are overrated, it's mostly some are mentioned a lot more than others, and also, Pikachu is after all, the mascot of the whole Pokemon series and also, there are a lot of pokemon out there that don't really get that much attention

Eh,I never really cared for pikachu that much,kind a thanks to the anime really,seemingly Ash never wants pikachu to evolve,though personally I prefer raichu over pikachu any day of the week,so yeah he kind a is over rated to a point depending how you feel about em'. I prefer Eevee the most out of all the pokemon there is.

I personally believe that Pikachu does get a bit too much attention, but not too much. He is the mascot of Pokemon, after all! Pikachu, in my opinion, isn't that appealing to me.
