I don't skip class mainly because I absolutely HATE going to my teachers to make up missing work and assignments, as much as I enjoy snow days, they push things back and then mess up the schedules, and then assignments and due dates are always changed. Skipping class is stupid and it is really risky and it isn't worth getting caught and facing the consequences in my opinion. People in other countries would die for an education, and here we are skipping classes left and right like nothing...always taking everything for granted...pathetic...

As much as I'd like to skip class, I don't.

I don't do any schoolwork at home, leaving everything for study halls during the school day. I'm able to live with that because I somewhat focus in class, recording important information.

Skipping class would just make me waste too many hours come test time.

In terms of putting in the least effort for the most gain, going to class has been beneficial.

I have skipped class before (in middle school)  I don't skip class in high school tho. In middle school when I skipped I mainly just came in late since I was in walking distance of the school.

Well, skipping class, and leaving school are two entirely different things. If I weren't intending on getting perfect attendance this year, I would have skipped my classes many times. Never have I left the school, and I haven't actually even skipped classes, yet. Well, aside from the few times when I would just go sleep at the nurse's office. I probably will skip some of my classes next year though, especially if I didn't do an assignment or really just end up hating the class.
