Well this is way more hectic than I could have even imagined. Not to mention it would appear that my trainer went searching for Pokemon on Route 1 and... got lost? No one ever replied to me... 

Keeping up with this (especially without a response) seems like it'll be more of a chore than anything close to fun. I appreciate the efforts of those moderating and wish the other players the best of luck, but I suppose I'll just withdraw. 

Dan returns home, having seen the barren wasteland that was once Route 1. Being now left in the dust compared to his rivals he has no choice but to simply count his losses and play with his new Pikachu. Perhaps even without training, it can learn to respect its master one day.
