I'd probably get all of them. Except sometimes I wouldn't get Junk food, but that would be rarely.

I generally get all of them... not in the right proportions but I get them all pretty much everyday.

I wish I ate a more balanced diet, because I know how good I feel when I do, but it's just time consuming to stay on top of. =/

Jigsaw: Fast food does count. A cheeseburger would be 3 food groups, dairy, meat and grain.


My average day is:
Meat: Chicken almost every day and beef once in a while and sometimes fish
Dairy: Milk mostly but occasionally yogurt and cheese
Fruit: Apples almost every day and than other fruit like Strawberries (my favorite), and sometimes other random fruit.
Grains: Cereal almost every day, whole wheat bread with my sandwiches, and other various forms of grains.

I rarely junk food but to make up for it, I don't eat vegetables but I try to make up for it by finding alternate ways of finding the same nutrients. I would eat vegetables if I could but I just can't stand the taste of them and I've puked before eating them and they also really upset my stomach. I can eat almost any form of potatos and I do like onions but my stomach doesn't.

Overall I think I've got a pretty healthy diet. I avoid coffee and other stuff that his more harmful than good as much as I can. For energy or brain stimulation, I usually drink healthy energy drinks, ones with tons of vitamins and healthy energy but boy is that stuff expensive.

EDIT: Nothing against those who drink coffee, don't want people to take what I said the wrong way. I drink cappaccino occasionally when I need the brain boost (for when I'm programming something really difficult) and don't have anything else. But I'm also not dependent on caffeine or any other energy, I can go weeks without it without any side effects or head aches.
