...and I wanted to ask for a opinion what do you guys suggest onto me that is $20 and under? What I am hoping to get is either skull girls or starbound but I wanted to see if anyone on here says otherwise and suggest something else that is good in their opinion. I only want ideas.

I'd suggest Audio surf if your into music. It's an interesting game concept: you ride your music. There's a demo available for the game so you can try it before you buy it. I do suggest you try it if you haven't already.

To be honest, I'd buy 5 copies of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, then resell them.  They are in high demand among traders, and you could get 3 TF2 Mann. Co Keys per copy (after the sale is off), for a total of 15 keys.  Those keys then could be traded.  4-5 TF2 keys for a copy of Starbound.  Then you'd have 10-11 keys to trade again for games or stuff.

My suggestion for trading community is Reddit on /r/Steamgameswap.  Only do your trades through the trade window or through trade offer.

I think you can buy a collection of a bunch of Sonic games, old and new, for like £10 to £20. I bought it on sale when it was £9. Like Sonic Generations, Sonic CD, Sonic 4 ep 1 & 2, classic games, both Sonic racing games and most of the DLC for £9. Amazing.

I've tried Starbound, and have been utterly disappointed. It's not worth it's price at the moment (though it's still in Beta, I believe). I suggest you get Terraria instead; it's a side-scrolling sandbox as well, but it's much easier to start and much more enjoyable, in my opinion.
