Noodles. The answer to life and all that jazz. They say noodles are tasty. That ain't no rumor no more, noodles really are tasty. But which noodle is best noodle?

No, not pasta dishes, but types of noodles. There's angel hair, fettuccine, penne, bowtie, macaroni, shell/others not listed, and corkscrew.

Myself, I like penne noodles. It has a great texture and shape, and it's oddly kinda fun to eat. I also like how the pasta sauce can be inside of the noodle.

I like the shell noodles because anything can fill its hollow shell as a bonus like tiny meatballs and cheese. I'm more of a variety sort of person so I would like to mix stuff into my noodles.

As far as noodle types go, I would have to say ramen is the best, and I'm not talking about an extremely thick or thin ramen. I'm thinking more of a middle ground, sort of like spaghetti noodles. They taste great, and have the perfect size and texture for eating. Generally speaking, eating thick noodles is a pain, regardless of whether you're using a fork, chopsticks, or spoon. Thin noodles, on the opposite end of the spectrum, just seem odd to eat, and when you have a bunch of them in your mouth is just feels odd, as if you have a bunch of thick hairs in your mouth (ugh). Ramen noodles end up giving you that necessary middle-ground for when you just are not able to deal with thin or thick noodles, and besides, ramen is my favorite food, so it only makes it all the better for consumption.

I'd put Macaroni at third. I don't have it often, but I always love it when I do. I can't leave a single piece left on the plate or it feels like a waste. lol
