Scumbag, jerk, idiotic kid
All you ever do is get in a fit
You say without thinking
You end up with a hit
Probably two or more
It's because of what you said

You never make people happy
Instead, you make them feel crappy
You always question why
They try to make you cry

Bitter, no heart, pitiful kid
Don't you feel guilt
When things go your way?


His heart was a pit
No one to help him live
Until one day.... One day
A gal came to say hey.

Mutual, indifferent, neutral kid
He tried to attack her
It went nowhere
She tried to help him
He denies all she gives
But she hasn't gave up
So he went with her way

Curious, puzzled, different little kid
He rambled about his problems
She was listening to all
It seemed like yesterday
When he never said hey

They talked in the day
They talked in the night
Nevertheless he was in delight
He vented and rambled
She gave him advice
He took it and became a brand new person

Joyful, hopeful, merry little adult
He was grown to a fine young man
He is back to show what he has
But a few won't recover due to the past.
He's set and ready to prove them wrong
He still talks to the girl who once said hey

Scumbag, dumb***, brainless adult
One day he went to a little huge fight
The girl that once said hey
Was the one being attacked
Because he couldn't control the feelings in his gut
He was upset, tired, and even bitter
For what happened earlier he couldn't remember
After the casualty he had done
He felt guilty and felt all alone

Disgraceful, pitiful, sorrowful adult
He was the one who felt the guilt
He talked to her once more
to see if she's ok
She wasn't mad
Just glad that he's back
With a smile on his face
They chat once more
The first thing she said was to forget about it


Hopeful, different, spirited adult
He will try his best to end his reign
He's not the same as he used to be
Tomorrow will be better
But for now he's still changing


He was delighted to say hi
To the girl who said hey.
He'll always remember what she told him
Just forget about it

Deep. This one is moving and insightful. Nice work here, becerra. It's nice to see people writing things like this, as you can tell that there is so much behind it, much more than words and a rhyme scheme. There's torment behind all great art, it would seem, even when that art doesn't show it so plainly. This one shows pain, and that's part of what attracted me to it. Again, nice work.

I read the first line and nearly left. But I continued and I say it was good. But try to make them a bit um.. nicer and such.
