So far, I only use PC, and the PS3 demo, because I don't like the outdated console version, and I really don't like that the controls aren't customisable, unlike the rest of the Minecraft universe. Although my brother owns Xbox version, so I have a small world on that.

I believe there is already like thread like this. But to answer your question, I use the PC version for it's further along in development and much easier to mod compared to the console versions.
