I only really listen to music as a way to relax me, and for this I usually listen to movie and video game music because it really helps me. Sometimes it really helps me if I am listening to music while I am walking because sometimes it gives me a chance to think about what is going on and it almost always calms me down and helps me out a lot.

I think for me, its when my cats are quiet and just sitting next to me.

A number of activities can relax me, whether that be sleep (not sure if that should really count), video games, anime, music, reading... usually they all seem to help me significantly, but if they don't work I'll usually just drink tea and sit outside, some fresh air never hurt anyone (I hope).

For me, I have always found taking a nice nap or listening to calm music is very relaxing, I find drawing, playing video games and just laying in bed with the window open to also be relaxing. I enjoy quiet and take advantage of the opportunity to read a book, draw or just take a nap or anything, I can't stand noisy environments because I can't focus and it tends to stress me out, and yet I am surrounded by them all the time it seems :/ nevertheless those are some activities I find to be very relaxing to me.
