Yes, technically. I didn't want to buy the full version, so I managed to trade an account for some gold and items on runescape. I've used 3 accounts over the past 2.5 years and I've been using my current one for the most part of this year. It's completely mine and I didn't have to pay a cent.

So, I paid 0$. I plan to buy my own account in the future if I'm still interested, but I've seen no point in doing it right now. 

I also have two accounts bought by members of my household, so I always have those at my disposal, too. 
(So my family has paid something like 54$)

I think it was about 2 years ago in 2012 when I bought it. I was quite glad to not be playing the cracked version anymore. Then I created my own server a bit later. It's one of the best games I paid for to this day. I may get another one son but I'm still debating on whether I should or not. But I got this account for around 15$ which is pretty good now that it gets more expensive with each update. Although they lowered it back to 20$ which is pretty good.

I do! I own the full version, and haven't played without it! I bought it here on vizzed, for 40,000 Viz. I don't regret it, despite not really playing on it much anymore. I share the account with a couple cousins, as well as my sisters. I don't play online, and neither do they, so it works out well.

I don't really remember the price, but it may have been around £31. I brought it at 1.1, where, well, if I'd been able to get it earlier, I would've paid less since I'd been following its updates for a few months (aknowledging that the price goes up every time the game advances a stage).

The only reason I got it then was because I made a project of the Earth's layers on it, and it crashed the night before. That was back in beta, so I didn't pay full price. Since then, I've given a few people my password, and even sold partial ownership a few days ago in the Market. I don't regret it, at least now I have my own skin, and can now use online. I just wish premium account meant free use on all platforms. They may lose money, but more people would probably be willing to buy full versions.

I actually own the pc and xbox 360 versions of the game. I like the xbox better though since more of my friends are on it and its easier for multiplayer games. If you are thinking about buying it and have one of the major systems I would recommend that over the pc version unless you are really good with the pc and have a decent controller and headphones. The pc is good though since you a huge map to work with, but sometimes it does have lag issues. I went into a jungle biome and it just about froze.
