My favourite genre is the War and Western genres. Especially older western serials like The Adventures of Jim Bowie and Buffalo Bill Jr.

Oooh! I love all kinds of movie genre's! They can range from action/adventure to romance to horror to mystery! I also like War and Western types of genre's as well. I don't guess there is any genre that I don't really like.. I am just a huge movie girl! I spend hours watching all types of movies and I probably have seen more than the average 18 year old has which is a pretty big thing.

My favorite genre of movies is classic westerns. I really like the ones with John Wayne, Lee Van Clef, and Charles Bronson in them. My two favorite western movies are: Rio Bravo, with John Wayne, and The Alamo (1960) with John Wayne. I also like some of the movies about World War II such as The longest day, and Midway.

For movies, I like adventure and action the best. Those keep me watching for the whole time and don't get boring from lack of nice plot, like most comedies.

I do think that action and adventure can get boring in tv series if I try to binge watch them. They're much better for a once in a while suspense ride and mostly resolved by the time the movie ends.

I prefer movies with a genre of Action/Comedy.
I always enjoyed movies that had such a combo and found that the movies that had that kind of genre somewhat entertaining.
One movie that goes in that catagory and happens to be the most recent movie I had seen in the theaters is Ride Along.

Well to tell the truth it will always be animation or anime for me...sometimes I do watch action, adventure. But, it depends on the film itself if it is good enough to watch. I like to at least watch the trailers before watching the film. ^^

My greatly preferred genre of movies would be adventure. I love films about stories revolving around brave, daring adventurers trying to achieve a certain goal or prove themselves, and I love it when they are suspenseful as well.
