So what type of race do you prefer in a racing game?! Drag race, knockout race, Just a regular race or others (that i havrnt mentioned). For me i prefer a knockout race..i like to see my opponents get disqualified..when im way ahead of them.

Well my favorite racing games are the Road Rash games (I like 1-3 on the Genesis the best) and the Mario Kart games. I am not really sure what you would consider them to be, but what ever it is I would pick that. I also really like racing games on second generation video game consoles. Most of them are as bare boned and basic as it could get but have such a strong charm to them that it wouldn't matter if you were just driving squares around, you would still have a good time.

I just like a straightforward racing in a racing game. It just seems the most fun to me since drag racing only takes a few seconds to complete with a decent car and knockout races are annoying since trolls will always crash into you at the start in online games.

My favorite race is, like you, the knock-out race. I like not having the pressure to be first. It also means that against AI characters a few mistakes won't lose first, since it takes multiple disqualifications to be down to two people. 

My second favorite race is the straight-forward race, since it's easy to play and much quicker than knockout.

I like both drag races and knock out races.. they are both pretty fun in my opinion.. I guess you could say that I like the action and getting other racers out of the race just like you guys. I like normal races to.. I guess I like everything haha

I just like a regular race to the finish. That's why I like NASCAR and Gran Turismo so much. If they get disqualified half way through, I don't feel good because to me it's not fair.

I think some of my favorite racing courses are hill climb races.  They don't have laps, it is almost like a rally race except you usually start at the bottom of the mountain and race your way up and/or down the mountain as well.

fightorace, I've never heard of that, but it sounds cool and much more fun than being lapped on a normal circuit track.

To elaborate, I love the NFS: Nitro's knock-out races. Once you're eliminated, you get to play as a cop and try to stop other players. Of course, you can slow down AIs too, allowing your friends to win.
