Do you get nervous before a test... I do a lot of times.. I have to breath sometimes because I used to fail tests because I got so nervous with them haha.. so do you get nervous.. even if you studied?

I used to have test anxiety, but I don't anymore. I would over study and over think questions and suffered a loss of scores as a result.

By training my memory I could clearly remember what the teacher said and didn't say and base my answers off of what was covered in class. I also learned to organize my memorization methodically, so I could think about exactly what I know about a topic before answering. So, I no longer have the anxiety and stay relaxed knowing that I'm performing to the best of my abilities.

I never have had problems stressing over the tests TOO much...they come easily to me. I happen to like most of my classes, so I pay attention and it's good. except when I'm sad. then I don't pay attention. :p

I would get nervous before tests sometimes especially when it's on a subject that I don't know deeply about. Plus I would be nervous especially when test grades lead to the majority of my grades. I just try best and hope for the best. Besides, it's normal to be nervous so it happens.

I used to get anxiety while doing tests. So much anixiety, in fact, that i'd be quivering at my desk. It was all because i feared failing, but i started studying more and got better grades, so i feel better when i do a test nowadays.

When I was in school I would get nervous during exams. I think a lot of it had to do with my Autism. However, I had some ways of dealing with the anxiety. First of all, I found that chewing a piece of gum really calmed me and allowed me to focus. Second, I also would have a squish ball that when I would get nervous I would squeeze it and that would take tension off. Third, due to my Autism I had special accommodations were I would take my test in a quite place, that really helped.

I get a tiny bit nervous before major tests, but it's nothing compared to some people--I'm talking about hyperventilating kids. I usually don't get nervous for tests. The only exception are for major tests that I've studied a lot for and still don't feel prepared and finals. But finals seem a little more obvious because they're over a long period of time and even though I study really hard for them it still feels like I'm missing a bit of information in which one eighth of the test will be based on. Even if I do get nervous I usually just take a deep breath, relax, and just try to do my best.

before the exam I was always a bit nervous but after I take the thesis exam I have no emotions.One of the important factors to do well in an exam (if you have always taught) is to be stripped of emotions and stay calm. Being nervous and makes the confusing and makes you forget what you learned.

On some Tests I get pretty Sweaty because of my nerviness, but that happens only in Subjects, I am pretty bad at.

Honestly i dont get too nervous on tests in general. If I get nervous it would be for class's like German 3 and memorization tests. The thing is, is that I get super nervous whenever my teacher passes the tests back, I feel like I will die when during that time.
