I pick Manga, because they're much easier to find complete online and have amazing addicting stories. Comics on the other hand can get tiring after a single book, but manga are made so that you can read for hours upon hours without boredom. I have friends who love to go on Manga binges.

I love Manga more than Comic books. They have stories and interesting ones, too. Some of them sneak some laughs on me, nullifying comic books even more for me. Then they turn into anime and become full of life.
