I love exercising at night, but I know many who like to work out in the mornings to get it over with and feel good the rest of the day. I like the night more since all I need to do is wash-up and sleep afterward. What about you? What is your favorite time of the day for exercising?

My favourite time of day isn't a set time as such but an hour and a half after I finish college (it finishes at different times each day), I am not sure why but this is the time where my motivation and energy levels peak.

I exercise (muscle training) first thing when I get out of bed. I adjust the time of training so I don't miss work. Also, it apparently is better for burning calories since your body has to get its stored energy to make you function

For me I like to exercise in the evening when it is cooler. I do not do good when it is the hottest part of the day. The reason being is I have a respiratory condition. So I prefer the evening. However during winter I will work out earlier.

I can understand mid-afternoon. During running season I love the hours since right after school I have no impetus to do anything for a few hours. 

I can't get used to the mornings, since it feels like I'm tiring myself out before the day begins. (Although, the soreness remains always, whether day or night =P)

I like to run and exercise when it is cool out, for running I like to run in the afternoons after school. I am not that good under heat I just don't like the feeling, I perform better in the evenings when it is cooler, or even at night. I am not really as active or awake in the morning, I have always been a nocturnal person and I am much more active at night or in the evening, so that is where I tend to focus my exercising time. I also like to shower at night time after exercising because you can go to bed clean. Good question by the way.

It might not be my favorite time to do it, but I exercise in the morning to force my body to get going, get my juices flowing, it's not a hard workout though.

I set my alarm at 5pm for exercise in the evening, that's when I actually enjoy doing exercise. I usually go biking.
