I'm not very flexible, but not too inflexible either. It helps with running since I can take longer strides when I need to. When it comes to doing the 180 with my legs or putting my leg behind my head, I'm more likely to snap than bend that far.

I guess you could say I have a decent level of flexibility because I can get like 17 to 18 on the sit and reach test and I can do both arms with the trunk lift or the one where you put your hand behind your back and reach it with the other hand. I can do planks pretty well also. I am not a gymnast by far and I would be right there snapping my leg with you man XD, I can do certain things well that require being flexible, but I am not that good. Good question by the way.

I guess I am pretty flexable. I get bend my arm very far but it makes a snapping sound but doesn't hurt. :3

Well, in terms of flexibility, I am about average or just a little bit higher, I would say. I can not thoroughly do the splits, but I can reach pretty close. I am able to do a number other difficult stretches that people I know can not, so, yes, I would say I am pretty flexible.

Welp this doesn't pertain to gymnastics as thread sub title says, but I've had martial arts training for many years which has made me flexible enough. You want to see a vertical split kick, done. Want to see splits, done.

How 'bout this one for simplicity, want to see hands flat on ground while standing up straight with legs straight together, sure I can do that.

I am very far from being flexible. I don't think I could move like a snake when I was a young child either and I certainly can not now. 
When you compare me to my brother it is just strange how he can do all of that freaking things with his legs and back. 

It probably has a lot to do with it him actually bothering with gymnastics, I have never had positive views on that sport...

I am pretty flexible. I have always been flexible, like a couple of years ago I was pretty overweight, but I could still do splits and put my left leg behind my back.
I can pretty much do anything when it comes to flexibility. Splits, Putting both legs behind my back, I can even put my leg in the front of my neck by bending it behind my back and putting it on my shoulders (Easier to do it on the side the leg is, though I can do it on the opposite side as well.)

I'm not flexible at all. This is because of this... I dunno, disorder? Disabillity? Something along those lines... that I have. My hamstrings and tendons in general are a bit too small for my body, so they have a hard time stretching all the way. My fingers can't even straighten all the way because of this.
The only way to get rid of it is by stretching constantly which can get a bit boring after a while...

I would say I am a bit above average, I can touch my head with my feet without any discomfort, I can do the splits amongst other things. I don't really do any training or anything to try and improve my flexibility because I am too lazy :p.
