I wish I brushed my teeth once or twice a day, but I have to be honest here and say that I don't.  I did as a child because my mother enforced it, but I tend now to keep my teeth clean by picking at them with a toothpick or something similar. I do know that's not sufficient enough though.

I brush my teeth 1 or 2 times a day. I know I probably should after every time I eat, but I don't always. I have never had a cavity though, so I suppose I must be doing something right. I used to have braces too, and I know I brushed my teeth a lot more back then. I try and do it first thing when I get up, and last thing before I go to bed. It also could depend on what I'm eating. Like whenever I come home after going to the movies...if I ate popcorn (which I usually do), I'll definitely get back home, and the first thing I'll do is brush. I can't stand it when I get those kernels stuck in my teeth sometimes. I drives me nuts!

I brush my teeth once a day but recently I have been brushing my teeth every morning and every night now. I brought myself some expensive toothpaste and mouth wash and it's actually helping my smile whiten little by little. I like the results so I'm going to continue doing this as long as I an keep affording such expensive toiletries.

i brush my teeth anywhere from three to ten times a day. i feel a bit obsessed but i feel like when i look at my teeth they always look dirty and i constantly feel like i have bad breath. so everytime i think about it i have to brush my teeth i am going to prush them once i finish typing this. i think i view my teeth this way because i neglected to brush them when i was younger and i am terrified of the dentist haven't seen on in years. i am also terrified of losing my teeth thats why im so obsessed with them! im talking brushing flossing and mouth wash every time.

I thoroughly brush only once a day. My toothpaste has a higher fluoride content so I can't abuse it. Plus, I don't want my gums to wear out too quickly
