It could be a enemy,a boss,mini boss,or even a cutscene.For me my favorite fight would be against the Darknuts in Windwaker,I just love the combat system so much and I feel that fighting Darknuts really lets the system shine.

My favourite battle in the legend of zelda series is when you hit a chicken (cookuu or whatever they are called) too hard and his friends come over to peck you to pieces.
That may not be a boss battle or anything but I enjoy playing who can survive the longest with my friends.

For me it's a tie between battling the Darknuts in Twilight Princess, and the final fight with Ganon in the same game. To me, he wasn't any tougher than the darknuts, which was a real disappointment, but a cool fight is still a cool fight. The battle with him just had so much emotion in it considering what had just happened with Midna only seconds before. You just go into the battle ticked off, you know? Epic stuff.

So many epic battles over these games. One should ask which was your favorite of each game. In A Link to the Past I loved every single boss. Yes, all of them even though some were annoying as heck. *cough* Moldorm *cough*
And I love that over the years they have amped up those bosses and brought them back (or close to). But my all time favorite boss is actually a mini boss. Dark Link in Ocarina of Time. I don't know why. Maybe its the battle ground of the fight or the idea of fighting your internal self but whatever it is I will always love that one.

I love the battle against Goht in Majora's Mask. For me, it almost plays out like a mario kart game as you're rolling around, swerving to avoid obstacles. My next favorite is probably the battle against Gant in Twilight Princess because he takes you through many older enemies, with somewhat revamped moves.

Definitely the final showdown in Skyward Sword when you battle Demise. The fate of not only Skyloft, but the whole world is in your hands, and it gives a wonderful heroic feeling about yourself when it's over (if you win XD)!

Over the many of years of playing the Zelda games, I've had many experiences where I actually enjoyed fighting some bosses. Others, not so much. One of my main favorites is fighting Phantom Ganon and Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time. I also enjoyed fighting Bongo Bongo as well. He was a fun one. Also, I really liked fighting Odolwa in Majora's Mask.

The most fun battle was the battle in Majora's Mask, against Odolwa.
