I do sometimes when I am in chat. But not now since I wrote down the stuff I am going to post. Plus I can pretty much think of anything anytime. So I have no problem with summoning thoughts.

I don't. I read the post to myself a time or two before I post it. Sometimes if I'm typing an idiom it looks weird typed so I say it to myself.

I don't really say the words that I make in the post or say it out and practice it, however I do try to word everything I say in the best way possible so that it makes sense and is also clear. Basically I do what maguc does, I think of the best thing to say and the best way to say it and then I make the post, there is really not that much to it.  Sometimes I also tend to just type what comes to mind and just go with the flow i guess XD. Good question by the way.

If I feel convoluted whilst typing words, then I would repeat what I plan to type. For example, if I had felt convoluted at the moment, I would repeat how the sentence should properly be phrased until it sounds correct. I feel extremely anxious when I do not use precise grammar. Honestly, sometimes my precise grammar becomes out of control and begins to create nonsense. I am not certain if this is a part of my Tourettes Syndrome or it is just a separate habit.
