Well Kirby ... absorb Goku and you are automatically the strngest person in the serires .. Other Smach Characerts though ... Not much .. most would get Blasted of punched to death or something . DBZ is a tough cartoon.

Well...mario would survive....he gains his powers by using fires flowers and mushrooms. So he might have a chance.

supercool22 : I disagree on that. xD Have you ever seen DBZ? Mario would survive about a half day, unless he lives in town like the unimportant nameless characters. But only until the next super-strong villain appears.

I'm sure none of them would survive. Also not Kirby, he would die even with Goku's powers, because power alone isn't everything. He needs fighting experience too. Maybe Samus would survive for the longest time though.

And DBZ is not a cartoon.

I think that Snake would make it in that world of DBZ. Also, I think that Samus and Meta Knight would make it. But I know for a fact that Pokemon trainer wouldn't make it.

Ryroe : Well I don't think Kid Buu has any fighting experience ... but he still kicked butt .. maybe Kirby could just be a mindless raging pink ball of fury like One of the Buus . Samus ... dude .... no . Raddits. Stopped a bullet .. then pitched it back with little effort and the bullet went throw a man and his car... and Radditz is weak . Chozoz DNA and an Awesome suit aren't enough for DBZ in my opinion. Maybe Mr. Game and Watch ? 

The pokemon trainer would certainly die, snake, and Meta knight have a good chance, and also Lucario maybe with his aura powers and abilities, unless of course his hp runs out XD.

Yeah mario would die as well as bowser and the rest of the mario characters, link would to and basically most of all of the human characters wouldn't survive 5 minutes in the world of DBZ. Meta Knight, probably snake and samus would have a chance of surviving. But they would have one heck of a time doing so XD. God question by the way. 

Out of every character, Kirby would probably be the best bet in surviving. He sucks in one of the powerful characters, he gets their power and would just dominate everyone. Snake would be able to sneak around everywhere, but he wouldn't do much. None of the Mario characters would stand a chance, but I do think Link would have a chance. There are a lot of characters in the show when Goku was young that had swords and were actually considered pretty strong back then, and he has the Master Sword, so, you know, he could go back in time and whoop everyone when they're little. The Pokemon would be food for Gohan and Goku, but Mr Game and Watch might stand a chance, being a 2-D figure that can flip flap-jacks for Goku's appetite, since the entire show revolves around him. Other than that, I don't really think the other characters would do anything but be canon fodder for the bad guys.

Samus could survive in Dragon Ball Z easily. Throughout the Metroid series Samus has been upgrading her bounty hunter suit to make her an elite human. And then at the end of Metroid Prime hunters...

I will say Lucario because when you damage him his aura gets bigger if goku beats him up very hard his aura sphere gets as though as the spirit bomb

I think Sonic could survive because he has a Super mode just like other Dragon Ball characters, and he has a Hyper mode as well to be even stronger than the average Dragon Ball character.

I think that Samus could survive the easiest because she has a gun that can charge up and probably blast right through some of the Dragon Ball characters, which would look very satisfying.

No one in the Smash universe could ever survive more than 3 minutes versus any DBZ character. The people in DBZ and destroy planets but punching them a bit, any of them could destroy the entire galaxy in a few minutes if they wanted to. This is of course speaking of the main characters, no anyone like Hercules, Paur, Yajirobe, etc...

And to anyone saying that Kirby can just copy the abilities of a character, he could. But he doesn't have the fighting experience, or experience in using those types of moves in the first place. Those powers would be useless.
