The last game that I played was Adventure Academia on the Switch. It came out today and I was supposed to have my review up earlier today, so I've been playing it a bit this week. I was pretty excited for the game and I really liked one of the gameplay mechanics as well as the visuals and voice acting, but the main gameplay loop was pretty disappointing for me. I did like the game as a whole in the end but thought it was way too expensive for the value that you get.

So I spent a good chunk of the morning playing YDKJ 2-4 and TV and Movies because I had decided that it was time I put all the holiday acknowledgements on youtube due to circumstances beyond my control but long story short I'm getting tired of starting over

I also attempted Animaniacs for SNES as well I filmed a playing of Super Mario Kart for SNES (sorry but that won't be public until I hit a magic number subscriber wise on youtube) and I also attempted Super Mario World 2, I didn't have the hang of it at first but I'm getting better

Tomorrow I won't have to play any YDKJ but I may have to install a new program or something in my mother's computer but that might not happen until she goes back to work, mostly because my virtual machines haven't been working right lately and I'm wondering if I should be starting from scratch if I get a new computer

The last game I played was Alien Isolation, while having some friends over. I really enjoy the Alien franchise, and horror in general which naturally makes it one of my favorite games. but looking past the scare factor... It can be quite challenging.

The AI of the Alien gives you little room to slip up in my experience. Although the difficulty might also partially be owed to me playing on Switch where the controls are clunkier. I think it's going to take me ages until I fully beat it, but I always have a blast being the adrenaline junkie that I am. Not to mention it's always fun when you have that one easily spooked friend.

I also played a teeny bit of Kingdom Hearts while trying to help my girlfriend get into it. To be honest, not having the fanboy goggles on, I forgot just how tedious it is at the start. There's so much fetchquesting, and lack of direction for where to go if you're not used to those kinds of games. Ended up having to help her out quite a bit.

The last game that I played was the new One Piece game that comes out in two weeks. I got my copy yesterday and played for a little while yesterday and today. I'm not a big fan of One Piece overall because I've only watched a bit at the start of the show and the most recent movie but the game is pretty good and it's the first game that I played on PS4 in a few months.

Today I attempted multiple games in order to either get a screen shot or to rate a song, most recently I did Super Mario land 2 on a different website because the here the DMCA can be really unfair

Right now I'm trying to attempt Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland on GBA, sometimes I really hate that when I am playing games on other sites I half expect RetroArch controls especially when I press the spacebar and expect a fast forward function

I've been on a major Sea of Thieves grind recently, played it a lot last night and haven't booted anything else up so far today. Recently got to pirate legend and have been exploring all of the opportunities that opened up for me.

Zlinqx : You should start with Judgement first. The games play similar to the mainline Yakuza games since they're just spin offs. Combat is more fun and refreshing since the protag knows a mostly different flight style, and the story is much darker.

You're gonna love it.

The last game that I played as Fire Emblem Engage. So far I'm enjoying it. I'm not a big fan of the story compared to Three Houses but I love the characters and graphics. I'm still waiting for my copy of the Collectors Edition which arrives in two weeks and gets me the artbook and steelbook, which is what I'm the most excited about.

Today I put a few hours into the new One Piece game for PS4. I already had one of the Warriors games and World Red but this was the first one that I actually played. I still know very little about One Piece but I liked the world and I thought that the RPG elements were good.

I actually found a game in the RGR last night, Super Bikkuriman, which is a fighting game that isn't too difficult and doesn't really have that much content, but it's not a bad mindless game to play.

Did an attempt at the delivery I'm stuck on in Death Stranding. Ended up getting the parcels too damaged and had to start over. Did a couple games of Rocket League to destress from the baby screaming into my controller and the whale chasing me.
