Well? You in? Anyone, and I mean anyone, can join in! In fact, I'd love to have as many participants as possible! I'm creating this thread because I need to know people would actually be interested.

Rules of the speed run? I'm so glad you asked!

1. You must record your speed run. If you can't complete it in one sitting, create 2 videos. I'll be reviewing times carefully, so you MUST continue from the SAME file you started on before. You may restart chapters, if you choose, but realize that this will still add to your overall time. After you complete the final chapter, when you go to save, I will take that time. There will be a really long character bio thing afterwards, but I'm not going to count that as your time.

2. Use of spacebar to speed up gameplay IS allowed. Remember, though, that everyone else will be using the spacebar as well or better than you, so let that be motivation. I'm allowing spacebar because it's too much work to attempt to watch every video, all the way through, to decipher whether or not spacebar was used.

3. I won't be participating. As I'm giving out the prizes, It wouldn't be fair of me to play. Especially since this is my fav game series.

4. 10,000 Viz for first place, 5,000 for second place, and 2,500 for third place.

5. You must participate in EVERY POSSIBLE SIDEQUEST!!!!!!! There is one sidequest, which is rather hard to achieve, so I won't expect that one. You do not have to achieve chapter 22x. List of sidequests: http://serenesforest.net/fe7/gaiden.htm You will use the list on the left, under Ch E. Consult that list as much as you need to.

6. Enjoy yourself!

If you have read all the rules, and understand and agree to them all in addition to wanting to participate in the competition, state "I understand and have read the rules. This I swear on my yellow banana." If you do not state that, you risk not being invited to participate at no cost.

I say that, because I don't plan to do an entry fee for people who sign up in this thread. If you sign up in my next thread regarding this, I'll require a 500 Viz entry fee and anyone can join for that cost. ANYONE can sign up now, though for free. Well, so long as you state the aforementioned statement.
