Last night I watched a game theory that states that Dr. Light/right is the real mastermind behind all the games over the years. Here, I'll place a link to the video and let you all discuss it for awhile:

Hold on a sec, I am not trying to be rude but sometimes I don’t believe in fan-made stories (except for Mega man Unlimited.) I really think Dr.Wily is behind the main events of the classic series. He also made Zero and the Maverick Virus and in Mega man X4, the virus got into sigma causing him to go maverick so he rebelled against the Maverick hunters and then we got 11 mega man X games that has Sigma in it! and in mega manX5 When Zero dies he tells X that he had the same dream (let me repeat what Zero said in X5 on his ending) Zero: Hah! Die, Sigma! ....... Hmm? It's Strange... I've defeated the sigma virus. Why did I fight against Sigma again? I...I feel...pain... Oh, I see... the energy is running out... and the memory device is... malfunctioning finally I...I’m going to die... Zero: ..... Who is this? Even now I have no idea... I've had a recurring nightmare... Zero: ...This time... It's my Figure that appears... I see... I finally got the meaning of the dream... What? What are you making? It’s... the one that destroys Reploids... ...I...understand...Everything now... and don't forget about X6 when Isoc's body was hallow (like in Xtreame2) Zero heard a voice that said the same exact things that Wily said in Zero's opening of Mega man X4 so there’s PROOF in the Mega man X games that says "Wily is EVIL!" and what I said is bits of official content. not fan-made. (sorry, i get very mad alot)

I do not think that Dr. Light could ever be behind any of the events of Mega Man, but he could have let Dr. Wily be in the spotlight for helping create the robots, making him be less jealous.

Game Theory are usually always wrong. Wily is trying to destroy everything so Mega man should just kill Wily and end it all there. Done and dusted. Wily is the bad guy, the end.

SMBLOZ123 : I watched the video before and they blame Dr. Light as the "villain" but honestly Dr.Light didn't force Willy to make the choices he did. Dr.Light isn't responsible for even making the robot masters evil or even upgrading them to be more deadly that was Dr. Willy and he did that of his own free will. Honestly tho debating the topic is kinda pointless since it's just a fan made video trying to convince others of a false truth that the creator of Megaman didn't make into the story or even reflect upon. Bottom line Dr.Light didn't force the robot masters to be evil, the robot masters them self's have free will, they didn't have to be evil, same goes for Dr.Willy, he didn't have to upgrade them and exploit the robot master for his own world domination scheme. It all comes down to personal responsibility and even suggesting Dr.Light as the "villian" is just Dr.Willy trying to pass the buck instead of taking responsibility for his own actions.  

Neo Arcadia : I agree with you on that. Even though I was connecting the dots with the X Series, I didn't think about that at all.

RMJEtheReploid : I don't think the X series has anything to do with the Megaman series discussed here because even in the Video the X series wasn't brought up, plus the X series is a resurrection of Megman which he was resurrected by a(n) entirely different professor/Doctor. 

SMBLOZ123 : I don't see the purpose of that reply/post. But the Bottom line is Dr. Light is innocent, Dr.Light didn't force Willy to upgrade the robot masters and turn them evil, nor did Dr.Light force Willy to exploit the robot masters  to accomplish his own goal of world domination.  The robot Masters have there own free will as well as Dr. Willy they aren't being forced to do the bad deeds that they did nor were they forced to be evil. The lesson here is personal responsibility, which all it seems like to me is Dr.Willy trying to "pass the buck" and accuse Dr.Light for Dr.Willy's own crimes.

And I don't wish to speak more on this topic, after all I think my opinion has been made apparent and expressed enough.Plus the video is a fan made video which is pure opinion and 0% fact. Nor was any of the idea's expressed in the video show any proof within the actual game, so I really don't see a point in discussing this forward(at least for me).

RMJEtheReploid : what I basically mean is that it is Light's fault, but that doesn't make him the villain in any way. Honestly, Wily never had any part in building these robots, he just manipulated them, and again, and again... and again... ok actually, scratch that, I don't even think Light cares, wouldn't he program the robots to NOT follow Wily at this point?! Eh, just sorta poking into the whole sequel dynamic :l

One thing, Wily did build the robot masters present in Mega Man 2, Mega Man 5, Mega Man 7, and Mega Man 8. He also helped Dr. Light build the robots from Mega Man 3 (I believe so anyway)

Mecha Leo : I don't believe that "Dr.Light is bad guy" Stuff. I mean, I look at it this way, Dr.Wily betrayed Dr.Light to take over the World. Or like my Friend (who is A HUGE fan Of sonic) sees it that Dr.Wily is trying to active goals like Dr.Robotnic/Egg man is trying to do  the same thing, Take Over the world. Like Dr.Wily says ALL THE TIME (in Mega man 8 I think): THE WORLD WILL BE MINE, NO ONE WILL STOP ME! And heres a good question for you: who made Bass and Zero? DIDNT YOU PLAY MEGA MAN X5 AND WENT TO GRIZZLY SLASH'S STAGE AS ZERO TO GET ONE OF THE ARMOR PARTS FOR X?
