I know you  have all seen a million of these lottery before but this ones has the best payout I have seen 80 percent of the Viz per ticket will go to the jack pot plus if you send someone here and they say you sent them you get a free ticket each ticket cost 25 and if you buy 4 you get 1 free I will pick the winner with a random number generator I will stop selling tickets on the 31 first and the winner will be picked on the first of December

Eh, it might be the highest payout you have seen, but I have seen better. There have been a few where the one running it wasn't trying to make any profit to put in their account, so they made it a 100% payout. The overall goal for the one running it was simply activity in their thread to get Viz. I think that is better than pretty much just pocketing 20% of what people give you for the pot.
