I would consider it a negative word, but not an outright "bad" word. (ANY choice of words can be used maliciously or in a bad way.) In my opinion the word "damn" definitely shouldn't be banned from Vizzed chat or forum, or from anywhere really. It can be used purely for emphasis. It's one of those words like "hell" and "crap" that definitely has negative connotations... but you have to admit it isn't as offensive, vitriolic or politically incorrect as other cuss words can be.
