This forum will serve two purposes:

1.  A gathering place for vizzed teachers to discuss anything related to their jobs including lesson plans, classroom management, and day-to-day frustrations and successes.

2. A place for selected 'experts' to write articles on a given topic and answer questions.

I've been asking for suggestions and included most of them above.  Which do you like the best.  Do you have any better ideas?  If so, please don't hesitate to share! I personally like Education Station and Get Smart the best so far.

Congrats on getting the forum, I am excited to see teachers rejoice. Quick question though, what is the qualification for a 'expert?' I plan to post guitar lessons in this forum and be like a digital teacher, and was curious if you have strict qualifications.

Lots of peeps are picking the Fountain of Knowledge, but Get Smart and Teacher's Lounge are just simple and straight to the point. They sound nice anyway...Fountain of Knowledge sounds a bit cheesy, in a fun way lol.

I'll let this poll run a bit longer, but there does seem to be a clear winner so far.  LOL  I'll summon David when I get home to change the forum name, whatever the poll ends up being.

I like teachers lounge but that suggests that students wouldn't be allowed to ask questions and such, so I'm going with Education Station.

Get smart, y'all!

So I've decided. I have to change my oil and wash my car soon. I'll take a series of pictures and post them here on how to do both! That way, some of the people coming into their driving years will know what to do and those who are younger can impress their family members or even make a little extra money by doing these tasks.

Well.... I guess we have an obvious winner. The Fountain of Knowledge is the new forum name. Wasn't even close to my favorite, but no biggie. LOL
