Moveset

This things moveset it...a bit lacking

At the start we get pound and Charm,pound is decent,as for charm...no

Copy cat,5: This move does as it says,it copy's the targets move,even if Happiny does not learn it,this is actually a pretty decent move,so i say take it

Refresh,9: This move cures the target of burn,poison,and paralysis,but not freeze or sleep,....screw it you have to take it anyway.

Sweet kiss,12: This move confuses the target and has 75% accuracy...screw it take it if you want

And that's the set....kind of weak....you know i could make a that's what she said joke

Death The kid: Don't even try it

Relinquish:..stupid family site rules,how are "Children" Suppose even know how to use the emulation stuff anyway

Kid: Don't question it the mods will take the thread down again


Stats

HP,100:This is going to be your strongest stat,so make use of it

Attack & Defense,5:....this is literally the worst stat i have ever seen...its just...ugh

Sp.Atk,15: Screw it,its better then the attack and defense

Sp.Def,65:Alright finally some bulk to this Pokemon,this is a decent stat...well at least it is compared to the other stats.

Speed,30: Alright...its sucks

This Pokemon only has one weakness and its fighting,i did not run into this type to much but guess what?,it wont matter because this Pokemon is to weak to take hits from anything

This Pokemon does not take long to train at all...sadly its going to be hard to train because it is to weak to kill ANYTHING...oh i am sorry defeat anything whatever you call it

This set may suck but guess what?,you have no choice but to use it because this Pokemon's special attack is its only effective stat,so if you think you can come up with a better set,or just some ideas,pm me or reply to this thread.

Gyms Rival & Elite 4

Gyms: Good...freaking...luck

Rival : This Pokemon Admitedly,is very good against your rival...for about 1 maybe 2 times,after the 3rd encounter though,your gonna die...quickly

Trainers: Trainers are actually going to be a threat to you,and a major one at that,and don't even get me started on the trainers in victory road

Elite 4:...Your not that stupid


Tips

1.If you keep this Pokemon,just keep it in your pc for when you are having a bad time in the game,then look at it and laugh at how cute it is

Final Thoughts:...terrible,disgusting,worthless,and vile,that is how i can describe this Pokemon,it is one of the worst Pokemon i have ever reviewed,it has a decent moveset,but it only has 5 moves in it,terrible stats,even worst than spinirak,actually pretty good tms,and the a.i will cream this thing once you get it to level 15,all in all this Pokemon sucks,i do not recommend it to anyone,in fact the only reason i am not giving it a 1/5 is because 1.its cute 2,its tms are actually useful,so stay away from this Pokemon and forget about it,go with something else,its Evolution's however maybe a valuable asset to your team...

Fun fact: I was originally going to review mime jr. but i said screw it,i need something quick to review and to test,and this Pokemon fits the shoe

This review is short but...as you may be able to tell i did not have much to go on anyway

I think you have summed it all up really...too weak to really use in competitive battling (who in their rightful mind will ever even consider that), and just weak for the game as well. 

The only really good option for its move pool, since it has one of the worst move pools I have ever seen, is just feed it TM's, since you can't go far with the moves it actually learns itself. 

I have never used Happiny, and I have actually never seen one in the game or even if someone has a Happiny. 

As always, lovely job with your reviews. I like to read them, and many times, you review Pokemon I never really used much, and that helps me learn much more about other Pokemon and viable team options as well.
