Davideo7 : if there is two different ports for a game can we do both. In my case the game Felix the cat has a nes version and gameboy version.

Under the same conditions, the quality of mp4 (mpeg-4 codec) file would be better than avi file.

If you're looking for a light weight program to compress video, AppGeeker has been around for a number of years.

There are some advanced options if you need to set the video quality/size, but if you straight up just want to convert from one format to another, it's my go to program.

mourinhosgum : To be honest, Mario Kart isn't a bad game with the keyboard. Some games like Super Mario Bros sucks with a keyboard but Mario kart isn't too bad. Either way, I highly suggest you get a controller and I'd recommend and Xbox 360 controller (especially the one with the nice rotating d-pad).

Man it is hard to find games to complete in one episode...
Well I wish luck to all the other competitors. 

For the game Doom, would it count if I played through the first episode. That is where the credits appear so would that count as a playthrough or would I have to get that screen again by doing the other episodes. There are about 8 missions in an episode so it will be a quite long video.

I think what I have heard is you can merge videos together to make one but I am not certain if that is against the rules or not. Can I be certain?
