I got a Russian hamster today her name's Shade. I was going to follow some advise on the internet and let her settle for 3 days without bothering her other than food and water if she needs it. Then I thought, why not start a post on pets? Haven't seen any pet threads and seems like a good idea. Other than Shade I have Andy, a rat terrier trained to like rodents (or at least leave them alone). What about you guys?

Mecha Leo : I have my pit bull named Zoey. And believe or not, she is a big softy. She is nice, but can be misbehave and when she rough houses or tries to get someone's attention, she looks like she wants to hurt you. I'm used to telling the small difference between playing/excited and "Don't make me hurt you", which she only does when she sees a toy gun, and she only hates the gun, unless you just met her, because she will think you are a person who wants to hurt us, so she tries to get the threat away, or at least that is my theory of the "meeting with gun" part. She makes a good companion and tries to lick you all the time.

I have a rather large dog that looks like a wolf and eats like a horse and he just stays in my backyard which is huge. So he has it all to himself. He is just too big to be inside and he would probably wreck the place, so I think it is for the best that he stays outside.


 That is it for pets though, I do plan on getting a fish tank soon though, I would like to have a decently large tank and have about 10 or more fish in it. It will stay in my room on a shelf next to my bed. But as of right now, I just have a huge dog that stays in the backyard.

I have a crazy rabbit named Tilly, who is totally vain and thinks she's too cool for everything. She enjoys cleaning her fur, roaming the house, sitting on boxes, eating, and destroying anything that dare sits too close to her favorite spot! Secretly though, she loves us and is really just a sweetie pie. XD She just has this total little attitude, despite her small size, which is why we call her Tilly Monster!
