Do you listen to certain bands or songs on Halloween or when it is getting close to Halloween? I do, I listen to alot of the Misfits and Samhain. Come on who doesn't want to listen to Samhain when it is getting close to Halloween? I will listen to those bands every now and then but when it comes this time of year they are the two bands I listen to the most.

I was just wondering if anyone else will listen to stuff just for Halloween.

Not really. I mean you can't avoid it being played in public places, but I do not go out of my way to listen to it. The songs that I hear the most during Halloween time are Thriller by Michael Jackson and The Monster Mash.

Mr. Zed : I never thought about other countries not celebrating Halloween to tell you the true lol. This time just has that horror feel. Classic horror and slasher films on the tv, spider webs and costumes in all the stores and the changing in the weather and the color of the trees just gives everything a scary feel that I just love. Great Horror Punk bands like the Misfits really bump up that feel for me.

Not really to be honest. I am sure it is cool and they are good bands, but I've never listened to them, let alone on halloween, nor do I listen to any other specific type of music on halloween.

But I do get into watching scary/ suspenseful movies on halloween. Like I recently saw halloween 1 and 2 and they were great and I always enjoy watching them during this holiday. It is just classic, like how they always do the christmas story movie every year for christmas time. So it is like that. So although I may not listen to any specific bands or songs on halloween, I still enjoy it by kicking it off with scary halloween movies.
