Well I'm back with another thread this one I just want to know if having a crush on someone one vizzed is ok or not

As long as it doesn't lead to harassment or perversion, then absolutely!

In fact, paedophilia and other sick conditions aside, you can have a crush on whoever you want!

How you can develop a crush is beyond me but who am I to judge?  If you have a crush, good for you.  Enjoy it and have fun with it.  Post with the person and talk to them.  You can have a crush and no one cares.  Good for you.

Just don't harass anyone or pick on them or be mean.  That's all we ask.

Do you talk to this person or are you basing this crush on a pic of them that you've stumbled upon? If you'd rather not answer this question, I understand.

It really doesn't matter, as Light Knight said, as long as id doesn't progress uncomfortably or get creepy, then I see no harm done in having a crush on someone else on vizzed. Just don't harass them or pick on them and I can see no problem with it. 

I am happy for you though, if you have a crush, then that is great, who am I to judge you? As long as you keep it appropriate, then it is fine by me. I don't see anything wrong with having a crush on someone on vizzed otherwise. All I can say is enjoy it. 

In my mind, you don't have to know someone to have a crush on them but I believe that you should know the person before you develop feelings for them. Have a crush and having feelings for someone is completely different in my eyes. Let me give you a suggestion and say to not be creepy about it though . Don't harass them!

Well... why not? It's not really bad to have a crush on anyone as long as you're not negatively affecting yourself and your crush.

sonic23 : I knew you loved me! Okay, let's get back on a serious note for a moment. Well... I study Psychology, it's really only natural for someone to develop a crush for another person, it's just the way our brains are wired, be it the same gender or opposite that's merely how we think as humans. Even if a crush develops over the Internet it's still only human for you to feel that way (Assuming you do.) but just try to make sure you don't go overboard with it and start getting really creepy like asking for pictures or anything like that. As I remember I believe a member has been banned in the past for doing so. You wouldn't want to share his fate I believe.

Frodlex : Yes I was planning on closing it soon, but I'll let it live till page two, then if there is no new direction, and people are still saying the same thing over and over, we will close it.

Light Knight : Alright, merely curious on your thoughts on the matter, with the majority of my forums I merely have to wait until a question is answered or answer it myself and close it. I guess this sort of thread works a little bit differently which is why I'm not going to jump to anything along the lines of "close this thread now that it's been answered" or anything like that. Especially when it's your call and not mine in this forum, and as I've said I was fueled by mere curiosity when I summoned you. Thanks for the quick reply though, I appreciate it a good deal. I might just sit back and enjoy this thread. (Okay, in all honesty I'm too busy for that.)

I have a question relevant to modding though, is it possible to and an entire forum to your favorites? I've seen something along those lines mentioned before but I don't see an option anywhere other than adding each thread to my favorites.

sonic23 : It's ok to have a "crush" on whomever you like. But I ask that you be respectful of whomever it is and give them their space. Do not harass them or anything like that.

Also just keep in mind that the likely hood that you meet this person in real life is probably pretty minimal.

Frodlex : It was discussed before but I don't really remember the outcome of that discussion. So far though, it's still impossible to favorite a whole forum. You may raise the topic in the help forum if you'd like to get opinions about the matter.

I wouldn't see why not. As long as you don't creep the person out, anyone can love anyone. If you remain yourself, it wouldn't be a bad thing.

Eniitan : well to have a crush on someone i'm ok with that but if you want to get with that person and they want to get with you then that means that your trusting that person to me liking someone online is like liking someone in real life

Yeah , Just don't harass them or anything . I had a few ( not gonna tell they no themselves .. cuz I told them ) and if they said no then it was no . End of story .  But liking someone is not a crime and will never be .  

Sure, having a crush on someone on vizzed seems to be perfectly normal, having a date on vizzed is a whole different problem however.

Well no lie, I did have a crush on someone on here but the idea of dating her wasn't gonna happen.
