I am not much of a "movie buff" any more but there is some wisdom in a particular "Rocky Movie"
That basically covers what you just said in grand simplified eloquence. (Wisdom with / in words.)
I think it was the last Rocky Film..
Stallone and whoever he works with is brilliant.
