Ah the Evee's one of my most requested Pokemon ever,and i tend to avoid them alot,and its not because of the Pokemon not at all,its actually because of...YOU GUYS.

Deathstroke:What?

Yep that's right you guys my loyal fan base,every time,and i mean EVERY TIME i review any Evee of any kind People get pissed off about the rating i give it,even if its a fair one,Here's what happens,People who have never read my reviews see the review of the Pokemon there interested in,they see i gave it a fairly low rating,they leave a pissed off comment on how the Pokemon is awesome and that i am the worst piece of human feces to ever exist in this entire world,this entire realm,this entire universe,and in this entire plain of reality,and that's why i almost never do them,Oddly enough there my second most requested Pokemon,You guys are the most bipolar people on the internet, its like asking to be stabbed in the chest,then you complain about getting stabbed in the chest,and you do the same thing all over again

But screw it you guys asked for it and your going to get it so shut up and read this review...and hate it...or dislike it...


Moveset

At the start we get 3 moves,tackle,Helping hand,Tail whip, Tackle is okay,as for Helping Hand and tail whip however...pfft

Sand Attack,5: This move will lower the accuracy of the targets Pokemon by 1 stage.decent move use it if you want but i don't like it

Water gun,9: This move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy,good move for now use it

Quick attack,13: This move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy,also this move will almost always hit first,pretty good move,i suggest you keep it in your back pocket,it will come in handy sometimes

Water Pulse,17: This move has a base attack damage of 60 and has 100%,also this move has a 20% chance of confusing the target,great move,take it use it love it

Aurora Beam,20: This move has a base attack damage of 65 and has 100% accuracy.also this move has a 10% chance of lowering the targets attack by 1 stage,pretty good move,take it use it love it

Aqua Ring,25: This move restores 1/16 of the targets health for a few turns,This is not my cup of tea,use it if you want but i don't like it

Acid Armor,29: This move raises the users defense stat by 2 stages,pretty good move i recommend that you take it,but you can skip it if you want

Haze,33: Ha ha..ha ha...HA HA HA-

Muddy Water,37: This move has a base attack damage of 90 and has 85% accuracy,also this move has a 30% chance of lowering the targets accuracy,great move even though the accuracy pisses me off,take it use it love it

Last resort,41: Now we have this move,...which in my opinion sounds like a yu gi oh card,this move has a base attack damage of 140 and has 100% accuracy,..you think your getting away with that pfft,this move will only take effect if the all the other PP moves have been exhausted,uh..well i guess you could purposely exhaust all the P P of the moves in your set to make this move work but that would take far to much work for me,so use it if you want but i don't like it

Hydro Pump,45: This move has a base attack damage of 110 and has 80% accuracy,great move,i don't really like it because of its accuracy but hey that's just me so use it if you want


Stats

HP,130: This is Vaporeon's highest and greatest stat,but it is also its greatest downfall,this stat takes up so many points from its other stats that its actually sad,its like watching a dozen leeches slowly eating away at your friend,but still i wont deny that its a great stat

Attack & Speed,65: Alright the attack stat on here is pretty bad,but still i make the argument that it does not really need it because it mostly focuses on Sp.Atk,and that's my argument,as for the speed..yeah it really really really sucks,and its going to screw you over alot so just be ready for that,at least it has some health so it can take a few hits

Defense,60:,,,ugh,,,like i said that health is a leech,anyway yeah this is also a terrible stat so,just be prepared for that

Sp.ATK,110: Great stat please be sure to make use of it

Sp.Def,95: Okay this Pokemon is just starting to make up for its faults,this is a pretty good stat and it actually makes up for some of this Pokemons faults

This Pokemon only has 2 weaknesses,Electric and grass,and these are commonly found so your going to run into them alot,the trick is to find weaknesses that can combat these weaknesses

Frieza: Well...duh

Relinquish: Shut up Frieza

I spent a TERRIBLY long time leveling this Pokemon,so if you want to take the time to level this thing in the grass go ahead,but i am sure most of you wont,i however love leveling in the grass,i dont't really know why but i get a good thrill out of it

Surf Or Hyrdro Pump
Ice Beam
Rain dance
Rest Or YOU PICK

Surf Or Hydro Pump:This will be your main attack move,and it will benefit from the Power of rain dance

Ice beam: This move is here when you can't use surf while rain dance is not in play,just spam it until you can get rain dance going

Rain dance: This move is here to boost the Power of surf Or hydro Pump

Rest: This move is here to heal you,but i have to admit there is always something turning me off when i use this move,i don't know maybe its just my imagination


Gyms Rival and Elite 4

Gyms: This Pokemon will not be effective at the start,but just give it a few levels,maybe until level 18 and you will have a Pokemon that decently effective in gyms

Rival : Once again everything i have said about gyms...just apply it here

Elite 4: Should you take this thing to the-

Ryuk: Wait!

Relinquish: What...?

Ryuk:You forgot trainers

Relinquish:....trainers are nothing but cannon fodder just an nuisance not a threat done

Anyway Should you take this thing to the elite 4...maybe,it just might work out if you train it right,it will have some problems but screw it,its alright


Tips

2.This thing can actually take a few hits despite its stats,looks can be Deceiving

Final Thoughts:....Its okay,really its not the best water type i have reviewed but its decent,It has a pretty good moveset,terrible life sucking stats,pretty good tms,and it is decent against the a.i,in all honesty this Pokemon is not nearly as bad as i expected it to be,in fact its a pretty good choice if your looking for a water type,it has some bulk to it,but its other stats just fail on all levels,really there are some other water types out there that are much better than this but,this is still a good choice,if your looking for a unique but somewhat lacking Water type to use go with this guy

Fun fact:i Do play Pokemon online but its very rare,my main Pokemon is gengar and his name is relinquish...because its a cool name,i have played 28 matches and have won 13 of them...i kind of suck at it

People have asked me when will i review Pokemon from X and Y and my answer is,they will be coming sometime when there is more information out,i already have the game but i do not have enough data to give a full review,and if i can't give something 100% i don't do it at all...that's a complete lie

I never really use any Eeveelutions besides Umbreon, and that's about it. I did like learning a bit more on another eeveelution, and when I have time, I might as well use a Vaporeon. 

This Pokemon is pretty nice...used to be one of the best eeveelutions, but then there were some new added abilities to others and such, so Vaporeon was bumped down. I used to think it was the best eeveelutions back in the day when playing Fire Red, but I always went with Jolteon for some reason. 

Anyway, I remember the move Muddy Water...used to always get it on Swampert, and I taught him Surf too. Both the same animations, muddy water is just brown, but that doesn't matter. 

Ice Beam is a good move to have on Vaporeon, and usually most Water-types. It's a bit like an ethos of Pokemon. 

Surf and Hydro Pump are interchangeable on Vaporeon...you can choose either one. 

Even with the low defenses, EV train the HP and Defense as much as you can. No need to focus much too much on Attack and Special Attack.

I think Vaporeon deserves a higher rating. It has insanely high HP and defense, great attacks, and is overall good. You did a good job, but I think Vaporeon deserves more credit than was given.
