There is these ones at the dollar store I go to and they are hard on the outside and chewy on the inside.

I like Jolly Ranchers as well. Mints are always nice, and I usually have some stored handy in my backpack. 

I love blue and purple jolly ranchers the most...green I usually give to a friend who likes them. As for mints, it can be wintergreen, spearmint, doesn't matter to me.

I do keep some Altoids, because they are absolutely great at relieving sinus problems, which whenever I am sick, always involves sinus problems.

Jolly Ranchers of course. Sometimes they are super crunchy and hard to eat yet they are pretty tasty which makes it one of my favorite hard candy of all time. Sometimes Jawbreakers are pretty good as well.
