I used to bite my nails when I was younger, but I've managed to stop in the past few years. Whenever my nails start to get long, I remind myself to go get the clippers so I don't start chewing them again. I'm not sure how long it's been since I last chewed my nails, but I think it's been at least a couple of years.

I have done some research, and I only bite my nails after I yawn. If I yawn in bed, I start biting on my nails. If I yawn because I'm bored, I start to bite my nails,etc. I'll be keeping an eye on that, now.
